Chronatog Stax: Spicy Brew
Chronatog's {0} ability gives it +3/+3 and makes you skip your next turn, and since you can use it once in each of the opponent's turns, you never take another one. Tangle Wire and Smokestack then only work against the opponent. Tangle Wire only loses a fade counter in your upkeep, so it stays at the same number of counters and taps the opponent down in each of their upkeeps. Smokestack only gets new soot counters in your upkeep, but it makes the opponent sacrifice for the existing ones every turn, while you never have an upkeep to pay. You stop drawing cards as well, and the opponent keeps drawing until they have to draw from an empty library. Tinker is a sorcery, so for the other plan you skip one Chronatog activation, take your turn and Tinker a Mind Stone into Triskelion or Tetravus.
