Sideboard plans with Scour
- Dromar Control vs. Prison decks: Stasis, MUD, Contamination and Enchantress. Scour exiles an enchantment and every card with the same name from its controller's graveyard, hand and library.
- White Weenie vs. Enchantress and Replenish. Against Enchantress, in: both Aura of Silence, Scour, a Tormod's Crypt and the second Enlightened Tutor; out: Worship, Cursed Scroll, Glorious Anthem and two Tithe, which do little against a lock that prevents your damage. Against Replenish, in: both Aura of Silence, Scour and both Tormod's Crypt; out: the same five cards. Scour exiles an enchantment and every other copy from their hand, library and graveyard: aim it at Sterling Grove, which does not give itself shroud, or at Parallax Wave or Opalescence.
- White Weenie vs. Oath of Druids. In: both Aura of Silence, Scour and both Reprisal. Scour on Oath of Druids exiles every Oath they own, Aura of Silence makes the Oaths still in their library cost four, and Reprisal kills Terravore at instant speed.
- White Weenie vs. Stasis, Aluren and Turbo Lands. In: both Aura of Silence and Scour. Scour exiles every Stasis, Aluren or Seismic Assault they own, and Aura of Silence makes Aluren cost six and Horn of Greed five.
- White Weenie vs. Pit Rack, Contamination and Fluctuator. Against Pit Rack, in: both Aura of Silence, Scour, Spiritual Focus and Gaea's Blessing; out: Worship, two Tithe and two Silver Knight. Spiritual Focus turns each card that Bottomless Pit, Duress or Funeral Charm makes you discard into 2 life and a new card, Scour exiles every Bottomless Pit, Aura of Silence destroys The Rack, and Gaea's Blessing shuffles three discarded cards back. Against Contamination, in: both Aura of Silence and Scour; out: Worship and two Tithe, which need white mana once Contamination is out.
