Premodern archetypes that play Fact or Fiction
- Landstill: Three copies in most lists: reveal five cards at the end of the opponent's turn, they split them into two piles and you take one. Like Impulse, it breaks your own Standstill.
- Tron: In three of four lists since April and in all three since September, two to four copies: at instant speed it reveals the top five cards of your library, the opponent splits them into two piles, and you take one. Cast it at the end of their turn, like a cycled Decree of Justice, with the mana you kept up for counters and did not need.
- The Solution: Reveal the top five cards, the opponent splits them into two piles, and you put the pile you choose into your hand. Cast it at the end of the opponent's turn when you held up a counter you did not need.
