Premodern archetypes that play Nether Spirit
- Contamination: Three mana, a 2/2 that returns in your upkeep if it is the only creature card in your graveyard. It pays for Contamination in each of your upkeeps, flashes back Cabal Therapy and comes back after Innocent Blood. Graveyard hate (Withered Wretch, Phyrexian Furnace, Tormod's Crypt) or a second creature card in your graveyard stops the loop, so exile your other dead creatures with Skeletal Scrying or Phyrexian Furnace.
