Premodern archetypes that play Terravore
- Terrageddon: A three-mana trampler whose power and toughness equal the number of land cards in all graveyards: fetchlands on both sides, Wasteland, lands discarded to Mox Diamond, cycled lands and every land Armageddon destroys. It shrinks when lands leave graveyards, so count Tormod's Crypt, Withered Wretch, Psychatog, Grim Lavamancer and Phyrexian Furnace before you attack. Its mana value is three, so Smother and Pernicious Deed for three kill it at any size.
- Oath of Druids: In more than four of five lists the only creature: a three-mana trampler whose power and toughness equal the number of land cards in all graveyards, so every land Oath reveals, every fetch land, Wasteland and land destruction spell makes it bigger.
